Please click on the "Online Enrollment" tab, and create an account if you do not already have one. If you have an account, please use the email associated with your account, and you will create your own password. To register for a class, add your student to the software, and then the classes appropriate to his/her age will show up. If you click on a desired class, you will see the class description and prerequisites- if any. To finalize enrollment, the initial $45 registration will be required. The preschool registration fee is $85.00 for two-day students; $100 for three-day students, and will help cover the supply cost for these students. (Preschool registration will initially charge $45, but the remaining amount will be added by our office staff in August.)

ALL students MUST complete a paper copy of the registration packet each year. These forms can be completed at one of the Open Houses or prior to classes beginning.

ALL students must sign up for recurring auto-pay for all tuition and fees. Accounts will be drafted on the 5th of each month. Any unpaid accounts will be charged $35 per month in late fees after the 15th of each month.

Monthly statements will be emailed each month before the third day. Please look over each statement to verify upcoming charges and drafts to your account BEFORE funds are withdrawn. All accounts will be drafted through recurring autopay on the fifth of each month.

EMAIL is our primary method of communication. Please check emails frequently, and please read all content. Notes will be emailed and usually given out as a hard copy in class, and placed in each child’s backpack.

The Lillio App is used only for communication in the case of an emergency at the preschool. Teachers will likely not respond on this format.

All Shaw Preschool parents MUST download the Lillio App. Our friendly staff will walk you through this process, but each child will be checked in and out daily via the app. Anyone who will pick your child up, must utilize the app for safety concerns and to meet Utah state requirements.

We will supply all necessary supplies, but please bring a backpack- clearly labeled, each day.

Each child will also need our new Shaw Preschool registration pack, which includes our new Shaw Preschool T-shirt, drawstring pack, pencils, crayons, homework packet, and song list. This required package is $40.00. The Shaw Preschool T-shirt is worn during all field trips and programs.

If a student must miss class due to illness or potential quarantine, work will be saved and set aside for the absent child, and parents should call or notify the preschool in regards to the absence. Refunds for tuition will not be granted.

Should the studio be forced to close, all classes will move to online learning, and tuition will be charged at 50% the current rate.

Shaw Preschool classes will have a maximum of 24 students with two adult teachers- well under the state ratio.

Dancers shall wear the required Shaw Dance Studio leotard and tights, and on dance days, should top that with a sun dress, warm ups, etc. Students will quickly take outer clothes off and get ready for dance class.

This may happen if your child is out of age range for that particular class, or the class may be full. Get on the waitlist for your desired class. Circumstances change for families and individuals all the time.

Shaw Preschool registration fee is $85.00 per two-day student; $100 per three-day student. $45.00 is charged upon initial enrollment, and the additional amount will be added by office staff. This fee covers insurance, monthly accounting, monthly communications, snacks, art supplies, etc. This fee is due upon enrollment each year, and is non-refundable.

Shaw Preschoolers will present a Christmas and a spring graduation program. These will be held at Shaw Dance Studio during the day. There is no additional charge for these programs, and they are open to parents and grandparents.

If after one month of class a student is not happy with a class, he/she can try another class, or if he/she truly does not like the class, the student may withdraw with a $75 early withdraw fee. (A spot is saved in the class upon enrollment, and others are turned away.) We highly recommend teaching our children commitment and integrity and sticking with the class throughout the whole session. Remember to complete a drop/add form in the studio office.
