Jana is the director and owner of Shaw Dance and Preschool. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dance and English Education from Utah State University and has been teaching dance and preschool classes for over 40 years.

Energy and enthusiasm for learning are just some of the qualities Shelly brings to Shaw Preschool. She has been teaching with us for over 18 years, and graduated from the University of Utah, with a degree in Communicative Disorders. She is also our Preschool Director.

Miss Sam is so kind and patient, and she brings her love of children, creativity and learning to the staff of Shaw Preschool. She has over 14 years teaching experience, and she enjoys creating fancy art projects! Sam has a BFA in Dance from Weber State University.

Creativity and artsy come easily, and she loves helping the kids grow and learn. She has been with Shaw Preschool for the last five years, and is as energetic and bubbly as the kids!

Sarah loves to see the potential that little ones must possess to learn and grow. She enjoys seeing their creativity, and how much they develop week to week. She has been with Shaw Preschool for the last five years, and has been with the Shaw family for the past nine years.

Miss Jamie is excited to bring her love for teaching and learning to Shaw Preschool for another year! She has a special place in her heart for children and watching them grow. Jamie has been a frequent substitute for many years at Shaw Preschool, and has loved being a full-time preschool and dance teacher.

Shaw Preschool is so thrilled to have Miss Amanda back for her second year! She received her BS in psychology from WSU, and her Masters in Educational Counseling from USU. She is the mother of three beautiful children, and her quiet patience makes her a favorite of the kids!

Brandie was born and raised in Davis County and spent many years as a skilled cosmetologist before embracing her role as a devoted soccer mom. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she especially loves football and soccer. In her free time, Brandie enjoys shopping, reading, soaking up the sun, and making memories with her family. The beach is her ultimate getaway, and above all, she adores being around children—they keep her young at heart!
